Their customer service is phenomenal. I attempted to Have my late wife’s name added to a family gravestone and the local company couldn’t be bothered to return calls and they refused to schedule the work. Over an extended period of time they raised the price substantially still putting me off and my sons were quite upset. Enter Shila at Tribute In stone who came to the rescue and said she could help. A representative visited the gravestone and put together an estimate and within their busy schedule they managed to complete the work making my son‘s uneasiness disappear. They traveled to a few towns away to accomplish the work too. You should go nowhere else but to Tribute In Stone, Inc. and ask for Shila.Posted on Cody ProndakTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Lets face it, I don’t think anyone looks forward to picking out a stone for a loved one, but Shila at Tribute in Stone made the whole process very easy. Very kind and comfortable to work with. Our family was happy with how it came out. Would recommend!!Posted on Matt KleinTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. How does one go about picking out a headstone? For our family, it started with a trip to the cemetery. We couldn't help but notice how striking certain stones were. We particularly liked the ones with the beautiful etchings. A quick look led us to Tribute in Stone in Wrethem. There we met with Shila in her lovely showroom. She was kind, personable, and helped enormously with the entire process. The stone was recently put in place in the cemetery. It was everything we hoped for; indeed it surpassed our expectations. Shila truly made our vision a beautiful reality. She even put a pot of mums at the new headstone. What a kind gesture! We will always remember both her artistry and kindness. We can without hesitation recommend Tribute in Stone, and Shila.Posted on Margaret ONeilTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. It was the best of times in the worst of times Shila took me through this most difficult time in my life. She, along with my sisters, Fran and Marcia there with me for support. It was a wonderful experience, considering the reason we were there. She was patient, kind, and we actually had some very happy conversations. We even laughed together. She went through all the different types of stone, gave us the full information regarding where they came from, the cost of them, but without trying to influence us one way or the other did not. She did a marvelous presentation and we feel that I have exactly what I had in mind for my husband, Sparky. And then wonder of all wonders, although I did not expect to receive the stone until late December ,and was prepared not to be able to put it on the grave site immediately after the stone was ready . (due to possible freezing winter temperatures ) . But, Tribute in Stone rose to the occasion, and here it is , before the end of October. And, To top it off, Tribute put a lovely daisy flower plant on the grave. My absolute favorite flower. Shayla and her family are the best of the best! Many thanks, I couldn’t be more pleased ! Blessings to the whole Tribute crew! Marge O’Neil Walpole, MAPosted on LoretaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Shila was great to work with, completed everything in a timely manner, and listened to our needs. She captured the memory of our father perfectly in his memorial.Posted on Faith FlahertyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Hubby and I are trying to make it easier for our loved ones, when we die. We are thinking of how to make the bereavement process easier for them. We are trying to take away the stress, uncertainty, unknown, questions, and family, finance, and decisions, alleviated--at least, as much as we can. Many years ago, we wrote a will. Two years ago, we bought a cemetery plot. Last year, we had this engraved memorial stone made. It depicts one of our favorite memories. The lighthouse is Nobska Light in Woods Hole, MA. For over twenty years, we had a sailboat (22 ft. red hull, O'Day). We loved that boat. To include our favorite memories, we have Hubby and I sitting on a bench, on Nobska Beach, looking at a sailboat. I love this. Dare I say, I can't wait to die.Posted on Nadejda GorobtsovaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a very easy time working with Shila for my father’s headstone. We needed a death date engraved and she advocated for us to get it done the best way possible. I would recommend Tribute in Stone for sure. Thank you Shila.
